3. Age Limit

  • No Upper Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in the CTET.
  • Minimum Age: Candidates should have completed their graduation, which generally implies they should be at least 17 years old.

4. Number of Attempts

  • No Restriction on Attempts: There is no limit on the number of attempts a candidate can make to qualify CTET.

5. Reservation Criteria

  • Reserved Categories: Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD, and other reserved categories are eligible for relaxation in the minimum percentage required in the qualifying examination as specified above.

6. Other Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the medium of instruction is essential. CTET is conducted in multiple languages, and candidates must choose their preferred language during the application process.
